A Note from the Director

Hello, my name is Adwoa Street, I was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa. After completing my High School education I moved to England to further my education. I earned my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Masters in Childhood and Society both from the University of Warwick in England. I’ve worked with children and their families for 22 years in different educational establishments in Ghana and England.

In 2016, I relocated to Aberdeen, South Dakota with my son to pursue a second Masters degree in Counselor Education at Northern State University. During our time here, we have been very blessed to be part of the Freedom Church family and Aberdeen Christian School.

I am very passionate about building stronger families and seeing children grow in the Lord and developing their God given talents.

I look forward to serving you and your families in our new christian Child Care Center.
